Lior Goldstein

Co-Founder & CEO

Lior Goldstein has never been interested in doing things the way they’ve always been done.

Raised in Hollywood, Florida, Lior built his career as a serial entrepreneur: launching Fangate, consulting on $200M+ in dental office transactions and selling over $250M in commercial real estate. For Lior, that was just the warm-up.

His most meaningful work came when he set his sights on group medical benefits: an industry he saw as overdue for disruption. Traditional brokers offering the same uninspired, overpriced plans for decades. He saw a better way. That became Pinecrest.

Today he’s focused on large-scale solutions at the intersection of finance and healthcare, bringing the same entrepreneurial instinct to every client relationship that built his career.

Lior is easily the most fit person in the office. And he needs it for his personal life. His wife Aliza and their three kids keep him busy: coaching basketball, soccer, flag football and taking his daughter to figure skating every week.

Eli Tabaria

Co-Founder & CEO

Eli has spent his career doing one thing: helping businesses run better and people feel taken care of.

Before founding Pinecrest, he spent over a decade at Merrill Lynch as a CFP, advising entrepreneurs and executives on insurance, investments, and long-term strategy. That operator-minded background shapes everything he does, from how the company is built to how clients are served.

Today, Eli leads a team of over 100 professionals focused on delivering real value across insurance, benefits, payroll, and finance. He believes great companies are built on strong teams and clear values. Pinecrest is proof of his concept.

Outside the office, he’s a devoted husband and father of five, grounded in faith, family, and community. He unwinds with poker, Formula 1, and bravely, the Dallas Cowboys.
